Legacies
We rely on the receipt of grants, legacies and other fundraising. They can make a huge difference to any charity, but particularly to small charities like ours.
A legacy gift isn’t just a donation. It’s a light that keeps guiding people through life’s challenges, long after we say goodbye.
By leaving a gift in your Will to Sightline, you will help us to continue to support lots of visually impaired people through our telephone befriending service. This service helps to reduce the loneliness and isolation that may be felt and aims to improve general well-being. Humans are hard-wired for social connections. Having someone to talk to is such an amazing thing but not everyone has that opportunity.
Please get in touch if you would like to know more about legacy giving or any other way you may be able to offer your support..

“These conversations are a lifeline and frequently my
volunteer is the only person that I will speak to for several days.”
Albert – Sightline Service User
